• Biography

    Andrew Gillespie is a lawyer in the Denver office of Haynes and Boone, focusing on credit origination, asset acquisitions and divestitures, and restructuring. Andrew counsels lenders and agent banks originating secured and unsecured loans across a wide range of industries as well as borrowers in complex financial transactions. Andrew also spends considerable time advising clients in all aspects of business bankruptcy and corporate restructuring including debtor-in-possession financing and related litigation.

    Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Andrew worked in the fields of commercial real estate development, investment and finance. As an analyst with Column Financial, Inc., then a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, Andrew gained experience underwriting and issuing commercial real estate loans for purchase by institutional investors. Andrew leverages this experience when advising clients.
